I was delighted to be asked to collaborate in the development of the design concept for the Raw Bar counter, and integrate this central feature to the space and concept of Seabird, restaurant with a colonial-style decor and a Mediterranean vibe . One of the most beautiful rooftop restaurants situated on the 14th floor of The Hoxton Hotel in Southwark. The design experience was exceptional, especially because of the friendship and support of the in house design team at Ennismore.
