Oakfield Flat

I was appointed to develop a side extension and interior alteration , within this beautiful mansion located in Clifton, within the Whiteladies Road Conservation Area in Bristol. The proposal involves alterations to the interior, with the addition of a new ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom and a new distribution and access to the kitchen. A side extension is also proposed, which is intended as a multipurpose space to expand the kitchen and/or as a space for exercise. As a personal project developed through Studio DQ I worked on this project from stage 1 until stage 3, proposing and developing the design, and coordinating with other parties to prepare the appropriate documentation to be submitted to the council, including the Design and Access Statement.
