Curio by Hilton Hotel - Concept Design

As Lead Senior Designer, I worked closely with the renowned hospitality design firm Avroko to craft a distinctive and immersive experience for the Curio by Hilton hotel in London. Our team was responsible for developing two mock-up rooms and designing the entirety of the ground floor, which included various F&B areas, alongside key social and functional spaces such as the reception, co-working area, lounge bar, and restaurant.

This project, executed from RIBA stages 0 to 3, drew inspiration from London’s rich cultural and architectural heritage, with a particular focus on the City of London and the nearby St Dunstan in the East Church Garden—an oasis of calm in the heart of the bustling city. The design concept sought to harmoniously blend work and leisure, ensuring that each space exudes warmth and sophistication. Whether guests are working, relaxing, or socializing, the design creates moments of inspiration and surprise, embodying Curio's distinctive brand identity.

Our approach placed a strong emphasis on the seamless connectivity between the spaces, combined with practical functionality. Bespoke furnishings and custom details were thoughtfully integrated to elevate the guest experience, all while ensuring the spaces remained grounded in high-performance, practical solutions.
